Product introduction
QJB submersible mixer is one of the key equipment in water treatment process. In the water treatment process, it can achieve the requirements of homogenization and flow of solid-liquid two-phase flow and solid-liquid gas three-phase flow in biochemical process. It consists of submersible motor, impeller and installation system. The submersible mixer is of direct connection structure. The selection of submersible mixer is a complex work. The correctness of the selection scheme directly affects the normal use of the equipment. As the principle of selection, the mixer should give full play to the mixing function in a suitable volume. This standard can be determined by the flow rate. According to different process requirements of sewage treatment plant, the best flow rate of mixer selection should be between 0.15 and 0.3m/s. If the flow rate is lower than 0.15m/s, the effect of plug flow mixing can not be achieved. If the flow rate is higher than 0.3m/s, the process effect will be affected and waste will be caused. Therefore, before selecting the type, it is necessary to first determine where the submersible mixer is used, such as sewage tank, sludge tank or biochemical tank; secondly, the medium parameters, such as suspended solids content, temperature, pH value, etc.; and the shape, water depth and even installation mode of the tank will have an impact on the type selection, which should also be considered To the energy saving factor, because it will affect the user's future operating costs.
