Introduction of submerged jet aerator

1, Product overview

QSB submersible jet aerator is used in aeration tank and aerated grit chamber of sewage treatment plant. The mixed liquid of sewage and sludge is oxygenated and mixed, and the sewage is biochemical treated or cultured to increase oxygen.

2, How it works

Through the submersible pump, the static water flows through the nozzle to form high-speed water flow, and negative pressure air is formed around the nozzle. After mixing with the water flow through the mixing chamber, the water air mixed flow is generated in the trumpet shaped diffusion management, and the high-speed jet is formed. The water flow with many bubbles is vortex stirred in a large area and depth of water area to complete aeration. The shaft power does not change with the depth of submergence, and the air intake can be adjusted. Therefore, the submerged jet aerator can be used in the pool with large water level change.

7.Main material

The special pump base and pump shell are cast with HT250 cast iron, which has certain corrosion resistance and can withstand the impact of a certain load.

The motor shaft of the special aeration pump is made of 2cr133214 corrosion-resistant material, and the measures to eliminate stress concentration are taken in the structural design.

The mechanical seal of the special aeration pump can be made of silicon carbide / silicon carbide, tungsten carbide / tungsten carbide and silicon carbide / tungsten carbide according to the pumping medium,

The design service life of mechanical seal is more than 12000 hours.

8.quality assurance

After each submersible jet aerator is assembled, the performance test shall be carried out to ensure that the overall performance of the unit meets relevant standards, the first trouble free operation time shall not be less than 8000 hours, and the design service life of the unit shall not be less than 15 years.
